EMpath started as a weekend experiment and shipped as a fully working product. Role-based routing for EMs and engineers, invite-based onboarding, AI growth suggestions grounded in session notes — all production-quality, all solo.
The privacy model was a deliberate design constraint: raw EM notes never reach engineers. The AI synthesises them into structured growth summaries that are safe to share.
